The BIG ONE - the results of the National Champion of Champions Competition are now out!
RHS Britain in Bloom is one of Europe’s largest horticultural campaigns. More than 1,100 cities, towns and villages participate each year to show off their achievements in environmental responsibility, community participation and, of course, horticultural achievement.
For 2012 Thornbury has been invited by The Horticultural Society to enter the top level of the National Britain in Bloom Competition, the Champion of Champions class, which is a huge honour and challenge. We have to create some new and outstanding floral displays and we are looking for innovation ideas. Thornbury 's invitation to such an important competition follows on from last year's Gold medals both in the Britain in Bloom and South West in Bloom competitions and everyone is delighted to have everyone's hard work acknowledged.
